Attended Transfer using the Menu Softkeys
Alternatively you can make an attended transfer using the softkeys on the handset
Whilst on a call press the Transfer key
Now dial the extension to which you want to
transfer the call and press #
Once the call has been answered you can
introduce the call. Finally press the Transfer
button to complete the transfer and hang up the
call
Call Pick Up
Dial *20*# or press the flashing extension key to answer a call that is not ringing on your phone.
