TRUCK’N BUDDY For Trucks With a Bedcover

READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING THE TRUCK’N BUDDY

NOTE: Failure to read instructions before use could result in injury or death.

1 -Truck’N Buddy assembly

8 –1/4” x 1 1/2” machine screws

1 -Grab rail (Already Attached)

Select desired location on tailgate of truck

making sure the bottom stabilizing angle is

flush against top of tailgate. Mark selected

holes with pencil for drilling. NOTE: A

minimum of 8 machine screws should be

used for secure mounting. See Fig. 2

Remove TRUCK’N BUDDY and

drill pilot holes where marked

using a 1/8” drill bit. See Fig. 3

General

Select desired location on tailgate, mark holes for drilling. Minimum 8 screws needed.

Remove unit and drill pilot holes using a 1/8" drill bit. Refer to Fig. 3.

Replace unit over drilled holes and fasten using the provided 8 machine screws.

Remove securing strap to unfold the unit. Reverse procedure to fold for travel.

Do not exceed 300 lb capacity. Unit must be folded and secured while vehicle is in motion.

Specific 'Do Not' instructions for safe operation and to prevent injury or death.
