Why is data transmission failing on my Greater Goods Scales?

  If your Greater Goods Scales fail to transmit data, ensure that Bluetooth is turned ON via “Setting >> General >> Bluetooth.” Also, check that the app is running by pressing the icon to turn it ON. Make sure your smartphone is close enough to the scale for Bluetooth transmission. Finally, ensure a User ID is assigned as instructed in Set Up Your Profile.

The system also might not be able to identify the correct User ID or you might have failed to select the User ID; in both cases, assign a User ID following the instructions in Set Up Your Profile.

  If you are getting abnormal measuring results from your Greater Goods Scales, such as readings that are too high or too low, or a huge difference between two recent measurements, it could be because your hands or feet are too dry. Wipe your feet with a damp cloth to keep them slightly damp when starting the measurement.
