If your Gree Air Conditioner runs but doesn't cool enough, several factors could be at play. Make sure the preset temperature isn't set too high. Check if sunlight is shining directly into the room. Ensure the doors and windows are properly closed. Also, verify that nothing is obstructing the air discharge and that the exhaust fan isn't running. Finally, check if the air filter is dirty or clogged.
