This document is an owner's manual for a GREE Split Air Conditioner (Cool & Heat) with Inverter technology, covering models GISF909AE/AC, GISF912AE/AC, GISF918AE/AC, and GISF924AE/AC. It provides comprehensive information on operation, maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting.
Function Description:
The GREE Split Air Conditioner is designed for both cooling and heating, utilizing inverter technology for efficient operation. It offers various modes including Auto, Cool, Dry, Fan, and Heat. The unit can be controlled via a remote controller, which allows users to adjust settings such as temperature, fan speed, and swing angle. Advanced features include a TURBO mode for rapid cooling or heating, an I FEEL function that adjusts indoor temperature based on the detected ambient temperature at the remote controller's location, and a SLEEP mode with customizable temperature curves (Sleep 1, Sleep 2, Sleep 3/DIY). An 8°C heating function is available to maintain a low ambient temperature, preventing freezing in unoccupied spaces. The unit also includes healthy and scavenging functions, and a display light control. For convenience, a child lock function is provided on the remote controller to prevent unintended operation. In case of remote controller loss or damage, an auxiliary button on the indoor unit allows for emergency operation in auto mode.
