Why is my Gree Air Conditioner not cooling or heating properly?

  There could be several reasons why your Gree Air Conditioner isn't cooling or heating correctly: * The air intake or outlet of the indoor or outdoor unit might be blocked. Remove any obstructions. * The temperature setting might be incorrect. Adjust the setting on the remote controller or wired controller. * The fan speed might be set too low. Adjust the setting on the remote controller or wired controller. * The wind direction might not be correct. Adjust the setting on the remote controller or wired controller. * Doors or windows might be open. Close them. * There might be direct sunshine. Draw the curtain or louver. * There might be too many heat resources in the room. Reduce them. * The filter might be blocked with dirt. Clean the filter.

What to do if my Gree Air Conditioner doesn't run?

  If your Gree Air Conditioner isn't running, consider the following: * Ensure it's connected to a power supply. * Check that the voltage is within the rating range. * Replace the fuse or connect the breaker if it's broken or tripped. * Replace the batteries in the remote controller if they're insufficient. * Ensure the remote controller is within an 8m control scope.

What is mode conflict in my Gree GMV-Q224WM/B-X Air Conditioner?

  Mode conflict occurs when the indoor operating mode conflicts with that of the outdoor unit. The indoor fault indicator will flash, and the conflict will be shown on the wired controller after 5 minutes. The indoor unit will stop running and change the outdoor operating mode to match the indoor unit's mode, after which the unit will return to normal. Note that COOL mode doesn't conflict with DRY mode, and FAN mode doesn't conflict with any mode.

Why does my Gree GMV-Q224WM/B-X indoor unit still run after I switch it off?

  After every indoor unit receives the "stop" signal, the fan will keep running for 20-70 seconds. This allows the unit to make good use of excess cooling and heating and prepare for the next operation.
