There might be too many people or heat sources in the room; try to reduce these. Ensure all doors and windows are closed. Obstacles at the air intake or outlet should be removed. The set temperature might be too high, so lower it. A refrigerant leakage could also be the cause, requiring a check and refill. Lastly, the room temperature sensor might be faulty, and testing or replacing it may be necessary.

The control loop might be abnormal, requiring a check and repair. Also, if you're using cooling operation when the outdoor temperature is above 48°C, change the operation mode.
