Replacement of vapor-liquid separator
Note: properly reclaim refrigerant, prepare tools and keep good ventilation.

6.When lubricating
oil is needed, you
need to charge it
from the inlet of
the vapor-liquid
separator before
soldering.
Inlet
Charge lubrication oil from the inlet of
the vapor-liquid separator and then do
soldering.
7. Reconnect pipes;
vacuum the system;
recharge refrigerant
and then put back
the panel.
• Solder pipes and do charge nitrogen
during soldering.
• Keep the vacuum degree to -1.0bar.
Vacuuming period would be longer
for the repaired unit
• Charged refrigerant should be
the same as that stated at the
nameplate.
