A constant beeping alarm during mains power supply and a very short hold-up time during battery operation in your Green Cell UPS can be caused by a few things. First, the device might be overloaded; check its load against the technical specifications and disconnect some devices if necessary. Second, the battery may be discharged, so charge it for at least 8 hours. Finally, the battery may be damaged, requiring a replacement with a new one of the same type.
