DATA SHEET FOR HYDRAULIC CONNECTIONS: RI-BARRIER MOWER
DRAIN: connects to the drain outlet or pressureless tank on the vehicle in-use.
The smallest hose is for DRAIN: marked in BLUE.
The hose is connected directly to a pressureless (0 bar) tank connection.
Drain hose must never be connected with the RETURN!
Drain pressure for the machine must never exceed 2.0 bar.
If this is not observed, the hydraulic motor on the attachment tool will be damaged and the
warranty will be void.
PRESSURE: connected to the pressure outlet on the used vehicle.
The middle-sized hose is for PRESSURE: marked in RED.
The hose is connected to the double-acting outlet
Pressure specifications for the given motor MUST be observed!
(Table 10 page 23)
RETURN: connected to the return outlet on the used vehicle.
The largest hose is for RETURN: marked in GREEN.
The hose is connected to the double-acting outlet
Max. back pressure 15 bar at the hydraulic motor.
There is a drain on all GreenTec's motor, and the drain MUST therefore be
installed directly in a pressureless tank (max. 2 bar on the motor's drain).
It is a good safeguard to check the pressure by measuring after the machine
has been installed. The machine must be powered by hydraulic oil from the
towing vehicle.
The driver of the vehicle should have knowledge of how the oil should be
handled (Always see the safety data sheet for the hydraulic oil used)
Oil splashes under high pressure from damaged fittings or hydraulic hoses
can penetrate the skin and cause serious injury.
