Troubleshooting Cont:
6. Light remains on after unit has nished its cycle.
Flow Switch is stuck.
Remove the Power Cord and cover of your pureWash then tap the right side of the
pureWash vertical plumbing, where the wiring is attached to the Flow Switch to
release the switch. If this does not work, insert a pencil or item of similar shape into
the pureWash’s inlet to free the ow switch. If the problem persists, contact your
distributor or GreenTech Environmental.
7. Clothes are being bleached.
Incorrect pureWash model or Venturi part.
Contact your distributor or GreenTech Environmental for replacement.
8. Suds in the basin after rst uses.
Detergent or residue is being cleaned out.
Run multiple washes without clothing until the problem is resolved. If problem
persists contact your distributor or GreenTech Environmental.
9. Discoloration occurs in the viewing tube.
High Tannin levels in your water source.
e use of a pre-lter is required. Contact local water specialist to nd proper lter
to remove Tannins.
10. Clothes have a rusty colored stain to them.
High Iron levels in your water source.
Do not dry or bleach the clothes as it will worsen the eects. Re-wash them in
a clean water source before drying. e use of our pre-lter (page 16) or an Iron
specic pre-lter is required.
