      If your GreenWorks Battery Charger is in defective mode (LED flashes red) try removing and reinserting the battery pack. If that doesn't work, try charging a different battery pack. Additionally, unplug the charger, wait until the red LED goes out, and then reconnect it to the power supply. This may be due to a defective battery pack or charger, or a bad connection.

      If your GreenWorks Battery Charger shows evaluation mode (LED indicates Red solid ON), it means the battery pack is either too hot or too cold. Allow the battery pack to reach a normal temperature between 3°C-47°C (37°F-117°F). Charging will begin automatically once the battery pack is within the correct temperature range.
