AUX mode
Check that your Boombox is in AUX mode. If you are not already in AUX mode, briefly
press and release the Power/Mode button, until you are in AUX mode (check the display).
Using a 3.5mm audio input connection cable (not included), Aux in allows for a quick and
easy connection to an external sound source.
1.
Connect one end of the 3.5mm audio connection cable to the headphone (or
auxiliary out) socket of your secondary device, connect the other end to the Line in
socket on the back of your Boombox.
2.
Pre
ss the Play button on your external device to start playback through the Boombox
speakers.
3.
T
o gain optimal volume levels, adjust the output volume level on both the secondary
device and on the Boombox.
Note: It is recommended that you unplug the Audio cable from the Line in socket after
you have finished listening to your external device.
Sleep timer
Y
ou can set your Boombox to turn off automatically using the sleep timer. You can
choose from Sleep OFF, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80 and 90 minutes.
In DAB or FM mode:
1.
Pre
ss Sleep button. ‘SLEEP 90’ is displayed.
2.
Press and release the Sleep button to scroll through the available options. Stop when
the sleep time you would like is displayed.

ter a few seconds the sleep time minutes that you have selected will be display
ed
on t
he top line of the display and will countdown until the Boombox switches off e.g

Note: To cancel the sleep time, follow the steps to set the sleep time but stop when
‘Sleep OFF’ is displayed.
