This product or parts of it must be disposed of in
an environmentally sound way:
1. Use the public or private waste collection
service.
2. If this is not possible, contact the nearest
Grundfos company or service workshop.
Fault Cause Remedy
1. The pump does not run. a) The pump is not connected
to the power supply.
Connect the pump to the power
supply.
b) The circuit breaker has
tripped.
Cut in the circuit breaker.
c) The pump is defective. Replace the pump.
2. There is no hot water at
the faucet or too much
hot water on the cold
water side.
a) The valve is not installed
properly.
Review the bypass valve
installation instructions in section
4.3 Installing the bypass valve.

If necessary, reinstall the thermal
bypass valve.
