x Accomplish the attachment by
(I)
pressing the recording button or by moving the slide
switch either to the “
h” or “i” position.
(II)
moving the slide switch to the “e” position.
You can also preset the attaching function for all following
recordings.
x Press the “RecMode” button.
A list of possible recording modes appears on the display.
x Use the up/down buttons to navigate to the “Append” recor-
ding mode and confirm by pressing “OK”.
x End your selection with the “Save” button.
Changing of dictation features
The dictation features of stored dictations can be adapted
subsequently.
The dictation features are only available in the Menu Mode.
x Move the slide switch to the “
e” position.
x Select the desired dictation from the list by using the up-
down navigation buttons.
x Press the “Details” button.
The menu for changing the dictation features appears on the
display. The cursor is placed on the feature chosen last.
The selected features which imply different operating pro-
cedures are opened according to the menu item selected. In
the help function (lower function button) you will find a short
description of the dictation features.
