CLEAN THE SPARK PLUG
Recommended spark plug models: NGK: BPR6ES. Champion RN7YC
VALVE GAP
1. Remove the spark plug cover.
2. Clean the base.
3. Remove the spark plug with the socket wrench.
4. Inspect the spark plug insulator. If it is damaged, replace it with a new one.
5. Measure the spark plug gap with a calibrator. The gap must be maintained between 0.70
and 0.80 mm.
6. Check if the spark plug washer is in good condition.
7. Reinstall the spark plug and tighten it with the socket wrench. Press the spark plug
washer and replace the cap.

Remove the cylinder cap
and measure the valve gap
with the calibrator. Gaps
are 0.1 mm for the inlet
valve and 0.15 mm for the
outlet valve.
