The environmental conditions necessary to use the generator:
• Temperature: -5ºC ~ 40ºC.
• Humidity: less than 95%.
• Altitude: below 1,000 meters (the energy load must be reduced, if the generator is being
used at altitudes above 1000 meters.)
The generator can only have a load corresponding to the rated power, taking into account
the environmental conditions. If the environmental conditions are inconsistent with the
above standards, or if the cooling conditions of the engine and equipment are inadequate, it
is necessary to reduce the load power.
If the generator does not work well under ideal conditions, you should take it to your dealer
or after-sales service center for inspection.

CAUSE
The unit
cannot start
No fuel.
The circuit breaker is in the
OFF position.
The engine switch is turned OFF.
No engine oil or the engine oil level
is low.
The fuel valve is blocked.
The fuel valve is not turned ON.
Fill the oil tank with gasoline.
Turn the circuit breaker
to the ON position
Bad contact in the plug. Remove and refit the plug.
The choke lever position is incorrect.
The air filter is dirty.
The load is too heavy.
Clean the filter element of the air filter.
Reduce load to the rated limit.
The spark plug fails.
The valve gap is not adjusted.
Clean or replace the spark plug.
Adjust the valve gap.
The engine oil is overfilled. Drain oil to correct level.
The engine oil type is incorrect.
Choose appropriate oil type
for the engine.
Move the choke lever to the OPEN
position during operation.
Turn the switch to the ON position.
The spark plug fails. Clean or replace the spark plug.
Add oil.
Clean the fuel bowl.
Turn the fuel valve to ON
The temperature of the engine is
too high, maybe overloaded.
The fuel is contaminated. Use fresh clean fuel.
Let the engine run without load
for more than 10 minutes
There is no
power output
The unit emits
white smoke
The unit emits
black smoke
The unit emits
blue smoke
The power decreases
The unit shudders
during
the operation
