    • A
      Arthur RaymondJul 28, 2025
If your Guardian Humidifier isn't producing water vapor and humidity, try unplugging it and then plugging it back in. If that doesn't work, the ultrasonic disk may be dirty, so clean it.

    • J
      James WilkinsonAug 1, 2025
If you notice white dust forming on nearby furniture when using your Guardian Humidifier, it's likely due to the use of hard water, which can deposit dust. If this becomes a nuisance, switch to using distilled water.

      Kathryn McmahonAug 6, 2025
If water is accumulating outside of your Guardian Humidifier, it could be due to humidity saturation. Try lowering the mist control setting. Also, ensure the unit is on a level surface; if not, unplug it and reposition it. Point the spray away from objects. Consider raising the unit on a water-resistant level surface 2-3 feet off the floor.

What to do if my Guardian H5225 blows air but no vapor?
    • B
      benitezemilyAug 11, 2025
If your Guardian Humidifier produces air but no water vapor, there might be excessive water in the tank or mist tube. Remove some water from the tank and mist chamber. Also, detergent residue or oils from cosmetics may be present in the tank, so wash it out. If you are using hard water, replace it with softer water. Finally, the ultrasonic disk may be dirty, so clean it.
