La garanzia sui prodotti GuruS copre 2 anni dalla
data di acquisto ad eccezione di parti meccaniche
in movimento come: footswitch, speakers e
maniglie che hanno garanzia di 1 anno. Le
valvole, spie luminose e cavi hanno garanzia di 3
mesi dalla data di acquisto.
La garanzia non copre danni causati da incidenti,
cattivo uso e/o trascuratezza, il mancato rispetto
delle norme del libretto di istruzioni, riparazione e
tentata riparazione da parte di persone non
autorizzate dalla Gurus Amps, eventuali danni
causati durante il trasporto e spedizione di questo
prodotto (eventuali reclami dovranno essere
presentati al trasportatore); danni a qualsiasi
prodotto che sia stato modificato o sul quale sia
stato eliminato, cancellato o alterato il numero di
serie; danni causati da errate connessioni o
collegamenti ad apparecchi guasti e/o a cavi di
alimentazione difettosi.
La responsabilità della Gurus Amps per qualsiasi
prodotto difettoso è limitata alla riparazione o
sostituzione del prodotto a ns. scelta.
La Gurus Amps non sarà responsabile per danni
derivanti dal mancato uso del prodotto; tempo
perduto; funzionamento interrotto dal mancato uso
del prodotto; perdita commerciale oppure qualsiasi
altro danno sia incidentale, consequenziale o altro;
danni durante il trasporto o danni dovuti da
imballaggi inadeguati o di scarsa qualità.
Ricevere assistenza: Contattateci per avere le
informazioni su come dove e quando spedire il
prodotto. Il prodotto da riparare dovrà essere
imballato in modo accurato; consigliamo di non
includere alcun accessorio quali:
cavi,effetti,manuali, etc..
Allegare copia della ricevuta originale di acquisto
(fattura o scontrino) insieme ad una descrizione
dettagliata del difetto manifestato e i propri dati
personali.
LA GARANZIA NON HA VALIDITA’ SENZA LA
COPIA DELLA RICEVUTA DI VENDITA CHE

I costi della manodopera e del materiale in
garanzia saranno sostenuti dalla Gurus Amps.

Gurus product warranty covers 2 years from date
of purchase with the exception of moving
mechanical parts such as foot switches, speakers
and handles which have a 1 year warranty. The
valves, lights and cables are guaranteed for 3
months from the date of purchase.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by
accident, misuse and / or neglect, failure to comply
with the instruction manual, repair and attempted
repair by personnel not authorized by Gurus
Amps, any damage caused during transport and
delivery, (claims must be presented to the carrier);
damage to any product that has been altered or on
which it has been removed, defaced or altered
serial number; damage caused by faulty
connections or connections to equipment failures
and/or defective power cables.
Responsibility of Gurus Amps for any defective
product is limited to repair or replacement of the
product at our discretion.
The Gurus Amps not be liable for damages
resulting from loss of use of the product, lost time
operation interrupted by non-use of the product,
loss of business or any other damages or
incidental, consequential or otherwise; damage in
transit or damage caused by inadequate
packaging or of poor quality.

repaired goods will be packed carefully and we

cables, effects, manuals, etc. ..

purchase (invoice or receipt) together with a
