What to do if the GUSMER H-2000 Construction Equipment primary heater heats, but the red light on the Primary Heater Controller is continuously ON?

  An over-temperature safety circuit with four thermal limit safety switches is attached to the heating tubes. If the tube surface temperature exceeds 230° F, the thermal limit safety switch will automatically trip the primary heater circuit breaker to OFF. Allow the Primary Heater to cool down before resetting the circuit breaker. Do not attempt to reset the circuit breaker more than once; determine and correct the problem's cause first.

What to do if the GUSMER H-2000 hose or hoses adjacent to the unit are warm but hoses downstream are cold?

  The Hose Heat Solid State Relay (SSR) needs proper heat dissipation via the heat sink. Ensure the heat sink isn't obstructed by rags or coverings and that the unit has adequate air circulation. With power OFF, remove the lead from terminal #1 on the SSR and check for continuity across terminals #1 and #2. If continuity exists, the SSR is shorted and must be replaced.
