General method of operation
The innovative recessed Mesa extrac-
tion system delivers efficient all-round
extraction on three sides of built-in hobs.
The sophisticated design means that the
actual extractor body and filter are hid-
den underneath the hob. The patented
cabriolet technology makes the filters
easy to clean and to replace by simply
raising the hob. The extractor’s extrac-
tion capacity can be controlled through
the remote control. For reasons of hy-
giene, the Mesa all-round extractor is
made from stainless steel.

The functions of the hood as well as the
power level of the external motor can be
controlled in two different ways:
1. Operation via remote control
(recommended)
2. Operation via switch
3. Operation Glas Touchpanel (option)

To switch on, press the field with the
ON/OFF symbol. The fan runs at the 3.
level. To switch off, press the ON/OFF
symbol again.
