Getting Started
Before rst use
• Unpack the appliance but keep all packaging materials until you have made sure your new
fridge is undamaged and in good working order.
• Plastic wrapping can be a suocation hazard for babies and young children, so ensure all
packaging materials are out of their reach.
• Remove all securing tapes and foam from under the condenser at the back of the cabinet.
• Check to ensure you have all of the following parts: Fridge and 3 glass shelves,
1instruction manual, and a warranty certicate.
• Read this manual to familiarise yourself with all the parts and operating principles. Pay
particular attention to the safety instructions on the previous pages.
• Unwind the cord to its full length and inspect it for damage. Do not use the appliance if the
appliance or its cord have been damaged. In such a case, contact our after sales support
line for advice.
• Make sure the fridge is disconnected from the power supply before cleaning the interior
surfaces with lukewarm water using a soft cloth to remove any dust from transit and
storage. Dry the appliance thoroughly.
• Your fridge has the capability of the door opening from the right or left side. If your setup
requires reversal of the door swing, follow the instructions on pages 13.
• Your new fridge is now ready for installation.
Installing the bar fridge
• Before installing your new upright fridge, read all safety instructions in this manual,
especially the sections on electrical safety and installation. Then follow the instructions
below.
• Place the fridge on a sturdy, level oor that is strong enough to support the unit when it is
fully loaded.
• Locate the fridge:
• Away from direct sunlight, which may aect the acrylic coating.
• Away from sources of heat (stove, heater, radiator, etc.), which may increase the
fridges power consumption.
• In an area without extreme cold ambient temperatures, which may aect the cooling
performance.
• In an area without excessive moisture and high humidity.
• Installing the unit in the coolest area of the room will save energy consumption and
running costs.
• To level the fridge, adjust the levelling legs at the bottom of the unit.
