  First, ensure the freezer is plugged in. Check the fuse or breaker at the main disconnect; your freezer should be on a separate circuit. If the beater motor is out on overload, press the overload reset button. For a control circuit overload, press the overload reset button; if it still doesn't work, contact an Electro Freeze Distributor. Issues with the high or low pressure cut-out control, component failure, a faulty selector switch, or a disconnected wire all require contacting an Electro Freeze Distributor for service.

  This can occur if the spigot switch rod is engaged; ensure the spigot is completely closed and properly seated in the head. If that doesn't solve the problem, the spigot switch may be out of adjustment or defective, the thermostat faulty, starter or relay contact points stuck, time delay faulty or suction pressure too low. In these cases, contact your Electro Freeze Distributor for service.

  A dirty or blocked condenser restricting airflow may be the cause. Unblock the condenser or have it cleaned by your Electro Freeze Distributor. It could also indicate a component failure or a leak in the refrigeration system, both of which require contacting your Electro Freeze Distributor for service.

  This can happen if the beater shaft seal is damaged or improperly installed. Replace the cup seal or o-ring inside the bushing and ensure proper installation. If the beater shaft is pitted or damaged where the o-ring rides, replace the beater shaft. If the beater shaft end play is not set properly, contact your Electro Freeze Distributor for service.

  This may be due to low MTS pressure, so refer to the MTS Troubleshooting Charts. If the product is too cold, check its temperature, which should be 18°F (-7.8°C). Also, check for low overrun by inspecting the air meter; if plugged, clean it. See No Air (Overrun). Finally, ensure the beater rotation is correct; an electrician should correct it to clockwise when viewed from the front.
