Why my H.Koenig V6 won't heat up?

  If your H.Koenig Iron won't heat up, first ensure it's properly connected to the main socket. If it is, check that the handle is laid down correctly.   If no steam comes out when pressing the steam switch on your H.Koenig Iron after reaching the desired temperature, make sure the temperature setting isn't at the NYLON position; select the appropriate temperature according to the fabric setting chart. Also, check if there's water in the water tank and fill it if necessary. Ensure the filter and water tank are correctly installed. You should hear a 'click' sound when the water tank is locked in place.
