Hob Controls
Each of the hotplates are controlled by a knob with 6 positions.
• Rotate the control knobs in either direction to provide fully variable
heat control.
• When any one of the hotplates is on, the red temperature lamp on the
control will turn on
For best results we recommend the use of good quality saucepans
with smooth flat bases.
Warning
• Never operate a hotplate without pans on.
• Do not use cookware with jagged edges or a curved base.
• Make sure that the base of your pan is smooth, sits flat against the
hotplate and is the same size as the cooking zone.
• Always centre your pan on the cooking zone.
