  If the compressor in your Haier Refrigerator isn't working, it could be in the defrosting cycle, not plugged into a power outlet, or turned off. This is normal for an automatic defrosting refrigerator. Verify the plug is plugged in the socket firmly. Press the “Power” button for 3 seconds or more to restart the refrigerator or turn the knob from OFF to temperature selection position.

  If the ice-making capacity of your Haier Refrigerator is insufficient, it could be that the freezer temperature is not low enough or that the ice-making capacity is less than expected. The icemaker can make approximately 1kg of cubed ices in 24 hours. Set the freezer temperature lower.

  If the icemaker in your Haier Refrigerator cannot stop making ice, its ice detection bar may be pushed to a lower position by some object in the freezer storage compartment. Remove the object that is restricting the ice detection bar, free the ice detection bar and remove all frozen ice patches from around the ice detection bar.
