First assemble three ladder
rungs with threaded rods
and guide stops.
Equip both diagonal stays
with end caps. Attach the
diagonal stays using wing-
nuts (inserting an additional
U-shaped washer on the
opposite side to the stay).

Insert the capping feet into
the top of the ladder up-
rights, and insert the Hailo
disc as shown into the rung.
Ballast
Preparing the upper
sections of the scaffold
To secure the scaffold,
attach 2 weights (12.5 kg
each), as shown, to both
sides of each stabilizer
bar.
Total ballast = 100 kg.
