Assemble the cap & top bolt
EN Assemble the cap and tighten everything together with
the top bolt (pic. 1). Don’t tighten this bolt too tight, since it’s
only meant to keep all the parts together. Make sure you align
the handlebar stem and the A-head bracket with the front
wheel when you tighten the bolt. The bolt should be long
enough to go deep into the nut of the steering stem. If the bolt
is too short, replace it by a longer bolt (pic. 2).
