Check for a gap & check the stability
EN Check if the cap is touching the handlebar stem. If there is
a gap between the cap and the handlebar stem, you must add
spacer(s) as described in section D of this manual.
Check if the handlebar and the seat are stable on the bicycle,
otherwise restart the assembly with step 1.
