If your Hamilton Beach Fryer unit does not heat, ensure the magnetic cord assembly is properly attached to the fryer socket. Also, make sure the electrical cord assembly is plugged into the electrical outlet. Finally, ensure the timer is set to Stay On or a set amount of time.
