Make sure you're within 10-20 feet of the fan. Check that the dip switch settings are the same on both the transmitter and receiver, and remember to turn off the power supply before checking the dip switch settings in the receiver.

Remember to turn off the power first. * Allow a 24-hour “breaking in” period, as most noises disappear during this time. * If you're using a light kit, tighten the screws securing the glassware and ensure the light bulb is secure. * Confirm the canopy is slightly away from the ceiling and not touching it. * Verify your outlet box is secure and rubber isolator pads were used between the mounting bracket and outlet box.
