The dish does not get
sufficiently hot.
The power or time is set too
low.
Heat the dish for a little more
time in the appliance.
The dish was very cold when
being placed inside.
Container is unsuitable if it
becomes hotter than the dish.
Use a suitable container.
Appliance door/viewing
window steams up.
The dish releases moisture. This is not a fault. Simply
wipe away any moisture after
operation.
Buttons don't respond when
pressed.
The button lock is activated. Press and hold the “Stop/
Delete” button (12) for 3
seconds (see “Button lock
(child lock)” on page EN-20).
Fan continues to run after
cooking time has finished.
This is a feature of the
appliance’s cooling system,
and does not signify a defect.
No measures required. The
fan will turn off by itself later.
