NOTICE
Risk of damage!
Only pyrolysis-proof items may stay in
the cooking compartment during pyrol-
ysis.
Remove the oven rack, baking tray,
dripping pan, baking tray guides and
oven telescopic runners from the
cooking compartment.
Empty out the cooking compartment.
During the pyrolytic self-cleaning pro-
cess, the interior of the appliance be-
comes very hot.
Following the pyrolytic self-cleaning
process, do not disconnect the appli-
ance from the mains for at least one
hour to allow the blower to cool down
the interior of the appliance in a con-
trolled manner.
Opening the oven door by force will
damage the oven!
The oven door locks during the pyro-
lytic self-cleaning process. The locking
mechanism will release automatically
once the interior of the appliance is suf-
ciently cooled off.
Never attempt to open the oven door
by force either during the pyrolyt-
ic process or before the cooling-off
phase has ended.
Specific risks for units with a
cooling fan
CAUTION
Fire hazard!
A defective cooling fan can cause fl am-
mable objects in the vicinity to catch
re.
If this happens, switch off the ap-
pliance immediately, open the oven
door and do not use the oven again
until it has been repaired.
