What to do if my Hanseatic Refrigerator doesn’t cool sufficiently?

If your Hanseatic Refrigerator isn’t cooling enough, there could be several reasons. First, the temperature might be set too high, so select a lower setting. Another cause may be that the door isn't tightly closed or the door seal isn't completely tight. The appliance might be near a heat source, consider placing an insulation plate between the appliances or changing its location. Only store cooled foods. Avoid freezing more than 18 kg at any one time. The ambient temperature might be too low or too high, so adjust the ambient temperature to the climate category. As a last resort, set “Quick freezing” SUPER FRZ. If the compressor does not switch on within an hour, no answer.
