Why is my Hanseatic Vacuum Cleaner suction weak?

  There are several reasons why your Hanseatic Vacuum Cleaner might have weak suction. It could be due to: - The dust bag not being positioned correctly, so ensure it is inserted correctly. - The dust bag is full, so replace the dust bag. - The brush or nozzle is not positioned correctly, so position it correctly. - An object is plugging the nozzle. In this case, actuate the On/Off foot switch, pull out the mains plug, check the telescopic tube and suction hose for blockage, and remove the object. - The filters are inserted incorrectly or are dirty, so insert the filters correctly and/or clean them. - The air by-pass vent is open, so close the air by-pass vent.

To fix this, actuate the On/Off foot switch, pull out the mains plug, leave the appliance to cool for at least 1/2 hour, and clean the motor protection filter. 3. The telescopic tube or suction hose could be blocked. To address this, actuate the On/Off foot switch, pull out the mains plug, check the telescopic tube and suction hose for blockage, and clean if necessary.
