Why is my Hanseatic VUS30ASS50A not working?

If your Hanseatic Vacuum Cleaner is not working, first, make sure the On/Off foot switch is activated. Then, check that the mains plug is firmly inserted into the socket. If it's still not working, test the appliance with another socket. Also, check the fuses and/or circuit breakers. If the mains cord is damaged, contact our Service Centre.
