Operation

Controls

Unit Button (U)

Cycle through available Torque Units, Angle Mode, or Torque then Angle mode.

Power Button (On/Off)

Press to turn on, hold 3 seconds to turn off. Auto-off after 2 mins.

Menu Button (M)

Press to enter the menu.

Increase/Decrease Buttons (+/-)

Use to increase/decrease settings and navigate menu.

Preset Button (P)

Used to reset values and set presets. Applied values cleared by hitting button.

Torque, Angle, and Torque then Angle Modes

Torque Mode Operation

In Torque Mode, LCD shows real applied torque. Applied value flashes, vibrates at set value.

Angle Mode Operation

In Angle Mode, LCD shows applied Angle Degrees. Wrench vibrates when set angle is reached.

Torque then Angle Mode

Cycle to "T then A" mode. Wrench switches to Angle Mode after reaching preset Torque Value.

Progress Lights

Red Progress Lights (40%-79.9%)

Lights turn red for values between 40% and 79.9% of preset value.

Yellow Progress Lights (80%-95.9%)

Lights turn yellow for values between 80% and 95.9% of preset value.

Green Progress Lights (>96%)

Lights turn green for values above 96% of preset value.

Menu Navigation and Settings

Menu Navigation Basics

Press Menu Button to display menu. Use +/- buttons to move and Menu Button to select.

Peak and Track Mode

Change between Peak (records highest value) and Track (displays actual value) modes.

Adjusting Calibration Interval

Set Calibration Reminder for Date (6/12 months) or Cycles.

Additional Settings

Adjust Head Length, Backlight, Date/Time, LCD Contrast, Key Beep, Vibration, Sleep Time, Language, Decimal Mark.

Over Information

Exceeding Torque Limits

Screen shows "OVER" if torque >110%. "REPAIR" if torque >150%.

Viewing Over Info

Access "Over Info" via Menu to view Counter and Max Torque value.

Replacing Batteries

Maintenance and Servicing

Pre-Use Inspection

Inspect for loose hardware, misalignment, cracked parts, or other safety issues.

Post-Use Procedures

Pull back Lock Ring, set to lowest torque, wipe with clean cloth.

Scheduled Servicing

Have the torque wrench calibrated and serviced by a qualified technician every 6 months.
