REAR BRAKE
1CAUTION
Direct contact with D.O.T. 5 brake fluid can cause eye irri-
tation, swelling, and redness. Avid eye contact. In case of
eye contact flush with large amounts of water and get
medical attention. Swallowing large amounts of D.O.T. 5
brake fluid can cause digestive discomfort. If swallowed,
obtain medical attention. Use in well ventilated area.
KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. (00144a)
1. With vehicle upright (not on sidestand), check that fluid
level is between the upper and lower marks on reservoir.
If brake fluid level is low, add brake fluid. See Sportster
Models Service Manual. Use only D.O.T. 5 SILICONE
HYDRAULIC BRAKE FLUID (Part No. 99902-77: 12 oz.,
99901-77: 1 gal.).
