transfer
this
warranty
shall

through
its
local
subsidiary,
warrants
to
you
that
the
Product
(including
components
provided
in/with
the
Product
)
will
be

ree
from
defects
in
workmanship
and
materials
for
a
period
of
ONE
year
fr
om
the
da
te
of
retai
l
purchase
by
you
(the
"Wa
r
ranty

od").
During
the
Warranty
Period,
the
Product
(including
components),
will

epaired
or
replaced
at
HARMAN
's
option,
without
charge
for
either
parts
or
labor
OR
at
HARMAN's
sol

option,
the
pr

ce
of
the

may
be
refunded,
subject
to
depreciation
based
on

purchase
price
for
the
Product

the
remaining
balance
of

Warranty

Any
warranty

parts

not
extend

Warranty
Period.

defects

result

cau

ed

accident,

use
or

ect

during
shipment
(claims
must
be
presented
to
the
carrier);

damage
to,
or
deteriora

ion
of,
any
acc

ssory
or
decorat

ve
surface

mage

ult

ng
from
failure
to
follow

nstructions
contained
in

owner's
ma
nual;

damage

esulting

rom
the

someone
other
than
an

service

deterioration
of
component
parts,

nature
of

ch
is
to

ome
worn
or
deplet
ed
with

s.
