  If your Harman Subwoofer has no sound but the power is on, the issue might be that the signal source (Mixer, processor, ...) is not sending a signal. Check if the signal LED of the amplifier is on. It could also be that the mixer or other source is overloaded. In that case, check the Owner's Manual of your mixer and adjust the controls as required. Once this is done, review the instructions in the quick start guide of this manual.

  If the sound from your Harman Subwoofer is distorted even at a moderate volume and the clip LED is not lit, the mixer or other source might be overloaded. Check the Owner’s Manual of your mixer and adjust the controls as required.

  If you hear noises or whistles from the sound output of your Harman Subwoofer, a device or cable connected to your mixer may be the source of the noise. Disconnect the devices connected to your mixer one at a time. If the noise goes away, the problem is with the source or the connecting cable.
