Maintenance - Cleaning the Feeder Body
Pelletneswillaccumulateinthefeederbodyover
a period of time; therefore, a yearly inspection and
cleaning of this must be performed.
Tocleanoutnes:
1. Remove right rear cover panels.
2. Remove wing nut and feeder cover on the right
side of the feeder. See Fig. 43.
3.Useavacuumcleanertoremoveallnes.
4. Reinstall feed cover, wing nut, and right rear
cover panel.
Two 5/16" socket hex screws on each side.

The low draft sensor monitors the air
pressurethroughascreenedttingin
the hopper. Depending on the amount
of nes in the fuel, this screen may
need to be cleaned periodically. Note
the location of this tting (known
as the muffler). Use caution when
cleaning or emptying the hopper, as
thisttingcouldbreakoffandcause
feed restriction or the sensor may see
it as a loss of draft, eventually setting
a 6-Blink status code.
