the “Test” mode,
there is no start.
voltage, you need to check up the relative fuse. If the voltage is low, you need
to charge the battery additionally. Until the battery capacity full, you may
restart again.
3. Checking up the volts d.c. of connecting terminal “B12”of controller. If no
voltage, it means that the controller generate fault, you need to change the
controller.
4. To startup the magnetic flux on the motor, connecting the magnetic flux
junction with the battery cathode by DC voltage meter. If the magnetic flux has
voltage, means that it fault, you need to replace. If not, please check up the
connecting line of control hold, to know whether it becomes flexible or short
circuit.
Diesel Starting
Fault
The LCD of the
controller display:
“
START FAILURE”.
The diesel keeps
rotating, but
cannot start. Or
the diesel stop
after starting. And
the
START FAILURE
indicator light on.
1. Checking up oil fuel.
2. Checking up the volts D.C. of connecting terminal“B11”of controller. If no
voltage, it means that the controller generate fault, you need to change the
controller.
3. Checking up the fuel control magnetic flux connecting line and voltage on the
magnetic flux.
4. Checking up the fuse at one side of alternator.
5. Checking up the oil fuel pipe and oil filter, to know about whether it is jam.
6. If the white smoke emit from the exhaust system, it means that the fuel has going
into the generator, but the diesel keep stop.

7. If the outside ambient low, suggesting to use hot start.
8. Once the fault eliminate, by press“RESET”key to reset again.

“HIGH
TEMPERATURE
” and “HIGH

1. Checking up the temperature sensor mode of controller“T-sensor mode”, to
know about whether it is in the wrong setting. If it is, then you need to reset again.
2. Checking up the diesel, to know about whether it is overload.
3. Checking up the radiator, to know about whether it is jam.
4. Checking up the belt of fan, to know about whether it is loosen.
5. Checking up the outside temperature, to confirm that it is in accord with the
designing range of generator.
6. Once the diesel cooling down, you need to check up the cooling water level.
Remember that do not add a great deal of water into the cooling diesel. If you do,
the diesel will suffer from serious destruction.

8. Once the fault eliminate, by press“RESET”key to reset again.
9. In the condition of unload, keep the generator running for 10 minutes. After the
“ Genset” cooling down, on load again.
Low oil

1.Checking up the temperature sensor mode of controller“T-sensor mode”, to

4.Checking up the oil pressure switch by testing instrument. If it is wrong, you need
to change it.
5.Once the fault eliminate, by press “RESET”key to reset again.
Over speed

1. Checking up the temperature sensor mode of controller“H-sensor mode, to know
about whether it is in the wrong setting. If it is, then you need to reset again.
2. Checking up the actuator, to know about whether it has throttle lever movement,
if do, please readjust.
3. If you installed electro-magnetic actuator, please check up the throttle level, to
know about whether it is movement without hindrance. If it is necessary, please
adjust.

5. Once the fault eliminate, by press“RESET”key to reset again.
Not enough
speed leads to

The LCD will
display low
frequency fault.
1. Checking for the frequency entry of the controller speed sensor, reset if required.
2. Checking up the fuel, to know about whether it is enough.
3. Checking up the actuator, to know about whether it is remove. If do, please
adjust.
4. If the electro-magnetic actuator has throttle lever, you need to check it, to know
about whether it is movement without hindrance. If it is necessary, please adjust
it.
