STARTING/STOPPING THE CHAIN SAW

WARNING:
Keepbodytotheleftofthechainline.Never
straddlethesaworchain,orleanoverpastthe
chainline.Improperoperationofthechainsaw
couldresultinseriouspersonalinjury.
Starting the chain saw:
Placethechainsawonaflatbaresurfaceand
makesurenoobjectsorobstructionsareinim-
mediatevicinitywhichcouldcomeincontact
withthebarandchain.
Pressandholdthelock-outbutton.Thismakes
theswitchtriggeroperational.
Pressandholdtheswitchtrigger,releasethe
lock-outbutton and continue to squeeze the
switchtriggerforcontinuedoperation.
Stopping the chain saw:
Releasetheswitchtriggertostopthechainsaw.
Uponreleaseoftheswitchtrigger,thelock-out
buttonwill be automatically resettothe lock
position.
Thiscordlesschainsawisnotdesignedforcutting
treeslargerthan7in.indiameter.
Thiscordlesschainsawisdesignedforlimbing
andpruningtypecutting,aswellascuttingtrees
upto7in.indiameteronly.
