Why does my HARVEY Saw blade keep breaking?

A HARVEY Saw blade may break prematurely due to several reasons: the feed force might be too great, so reduce it. The blade pitch could be too coarse; in that case, refer to the blade selection chart and use a finer pitch blade. Also, check if the guide bearings are not properly supporting the blade; inspect them for correct position and signs of wear, adjusting or replacing them as needed. Lastly, the blade might be tensioned too tightly, so reduce the tension.
