How do I turn Furby On/Off?
Similar to previous Furbys, Furby Boom does not have an on/off
switch. To make Furby fall asleep, try the following:
- Pull tail for 10 seconds
- Place Furby on its back for 15 seconds
- Place Furby in quiet room and do not play with it.
-- Remove the batteries.
How do I install the batteries?
1. Loosen 2 screws using a phillips or flat head screwdriver from
the plastic base of Furby
2. Remove the base
3. Insert 4 AA alkaline batteries, Duracell recommended
4. Replace base and tighten screws

Furbys date code is in the form of a hot stamp. It is located inside
the battery compartment, visible from the rear closest to the tail.
There is a high pitched tone coming from Furby and/or my iOS
device.

I changed the batteries in my Furby to fresh/new alkaline batter-

seconds, then replace the base. This will reset the hardware while
retaining all of the personality data.
