What to do if Hatco Heater is not heating water?

  If your Hatco Heater isn't heating water even when the power switch is ON, there are a few things to check: * The Energy Cut-Off switch may have been activated due to overheating, likely from a low water level. Refill the heater to the correct water level, turn the power switch OFF and then back ON. * Fuses might be blown, the circuit breaker tripped, or the power cord unplugged. Inspect and replace fuses if necessary, reset the circuit breaker, and ensure the power cord is properly connected. * Ensure the drain handle is fully closed by moving it to the vertical position.
