Why platform controls do not respond on Haulotte HA32RTJ PRO?
    • R
      rcardenasAug 21, 2025
If the platform controls of your Haulotte Boom Lift do not respond, it could be due to several reasons: * The ground control box selector key might be set to the ground control box position. Turn the ground control box selector key to platform control box position. * The 'Enable Switch' control validation device may not be enabled. Enable the device and keep it pressed down during movement. * The 'Dead man' control validation device might be activated for more than 8 seconds without movement. Release the 'Dead man' selector and reactivate it. * Not enough hydraulic oil: Top up the oil level. For other issues like a faulty joystick or solenoid valve, it is recommended to contact HAULOTTE Services®.
