10 Cleaning
iClean the device before inial commissioning and aer each use. Cleanliness is a
mandatory requirement for hygienic dough producon.
⚠ WARNING
Danger to life from mains voltage 110 -240V ~ 50/60Hz
Electric shock
 Disconnect the device from the power supply.
 Clean the device only with a damp cloth.
ATTENTION
Damage caused by incorrect cleaning
Water can get into the device and damage its inner workings
 Do not use a water jet or high-pressure cleaner to clean the unit.

Disconnecng the power supply
 Stop the machine.
 Turn o the power switch.
 Unplug the mains plug

Removing the dough hook and bowl

 Fold up the bowl cover

 Release the dough hook

by turning it clockwise and remove it from the dough
