Wash program cannot start.
1) Make sure that the power is on, the voltage is normal and the lid is closed.
2) Make sure that the machine has proper water supply to reach the set water level.
3) A press of the Start / Pause button is needed to start the wash program after program selection.
No water enters the machine.
1) Make sure that the faucet is open with sufficient water pressure.
2) Make sure that the water supply hose is not blocked and all connection are watertight.
3) Make sure that the water valve is not damaged or clogged by excessive dirt.
Water cannot drain out of the machine.
1) Make sure that the drain hose is connected to a floor drain, and no part of the drain hose is more than 4
inches / 10 cm above the floor.
2) Make sure that the drain hose and your floor drain are not blocked, and that all connections are watertight.
The tub cannot spin for water extraction.
1) Make sure that the power is on, the voltage is normal and the lid is closed.
2) Make sure that all clothes are evenly placed in the tub.
3) Make sure that the machine is placed on a stable, flat surface.

Make sure that the drain hose lies flat
on the floor and is not blocked.

E3 Tub is out of balance while spinning.
Open the lid and make sure that the
clothes are evenly placed in the tub.
Then close the lid to resume spinning.
E4 Water level sensor is damaged.
Make sure that the sensor is securely
attached, or contact us for advice on
sensor repair or replacement.

Lid is opened during a wash program
while child lock is activated.
Close the lid within 10 seconds to
resume washing.
E6
Water supply issue.
Make sure that the faucet is open,
water supply hose is not blocked
and there is no leakage.
