Electrical Safety
- Always connect the power cord to a standard 3-pin power outlet of AC 120 V / 60 Hz with proper grounding.
Never use extension cords, non-standard power outlets, power outlets without proper grounding, or socket
adapters.
- Always disconnect the power cord and turn off the water faucet when the washing machine is not in use or
under maintenance.
- Do not over-bend or over-twist the power cord. If the power cord is damaged, consult a certified electrician or
contact us for repair or replacement.
- Never rinse or wash the washing machine.
- Always make sure that the lid and exterior of the washing machine is dry. Wipe off any moisture on the lid or
exterior at your earliest convenience.
- Always make sure that the ventilation holes on the bottom are not blocked when the washing machine is used
on a carpet.
- Do not disassemble or attempt to repair the washing machine by yourself.
- Do not expose the washing machine to direct sunlight, rain or excessive heat.
- Never place anything on the lid of the washing machine.
Safety in Use
- Keep the washing machine out of the reach of small children.
- Always use a floor drain to connect the drain hose. Make sure that the drain hose lies flat on the floor to ensure
proper draining.
- Do not use hot water over 50 °C / 122 °F.
- Do not wash carpets, shoes or other non-clothing items.
- Do not wash raincoats, bicycle covers, etc. to avoid excessive vibration.
- Do not wash clothes that may be contaminated with volatile materials such as gasoline.
- Make sure that all pockets of clothes are empty before wash to avoid damage to the machine.
- Avoid using an excessive amount of detergent to prevent over-foaming.
- Never reach into the tub during a wash program or while the tub is spinning.
- Do not use the washing machine in environments under 0 °C / 32 °F. If the washing machine has been stored
in freezing environments, allow at least 24 hours for any ice to melt before use.
- Do not use the washing machine in environments above 40 °C / 104 °F.
